The Technology Guild is a small consulting organization specializing in providing very experienced cost effective assistance to organizations with difficult Program and/or Project Management challenges.

In the last 16 years, we have gained the confidence of 30 major clients both in the United States and in literally every region of the World.  We have directly managed programs as large as $80 million and provide risk and project assessments and program management/integration support on projects valued in the hundreds of millions of dollars.  We have helped our clients develop software, implement global ERP systems,  build/deploy systems for factories (both in the US and in emerging markets such as Columbia, Korea, and Uzbekistan), close factories, outsource operations,  expand supply chain systems, create new operations, establish program and integration management offices, change infrastructure technology, and many other projects too numerous to mention.  We usually work with companies at the CIO, CEO, and/or Board Levels on projects and have even worked at the cabinet minister level for the Federal Government of Canada.

Our flagship Project Metrics Workbench tool is in great demand from a number of clients.  As a service, we have used to Metrics Workbench to process over 14,000 MS Project Schedules from approximately 800 individual projects representing over $300 million in project investment over a 17 year period
